Safety is a priority whether trekking through the wilderness or commuting in the city. Thanks to Suzuki's safety technology, you can always drive with peace of mind.

Jimny is equipped with full complement* of SRS airbags, including front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, and  side curtain airbags for occupants of both  the front and rear seats.

ESP  technology helps you control the vehicle during cornering and assist you  in maintaining control and stability on loose or slippery road surfaces. If  wheel  slip is detected, ESP automatically regulates engine torque and  selectively applies brakes to help you maintain control 

Ultrasonic sensors in the front and rear bumper detects obstacles when parking, and an audible beeping sound warns the driver as you approach the obstacle

Using  millimetre-wave radar and a monocular camera, the system detects vehicles, motorcycles,  bicycles, and pedestrians ahead, providing audio-visual alerts and  automatically assisting or applying braking to   help reduce collision risk and impact severity.

Note:  There is a limit to the ability of the millimetre-wave radar and monocular camera to detect  obstacles and lanes, and control  the vehicle. Please do not rely on the system: always drive safely.

Adaptive Cruise Control reduces driver fatigue by using radar and a camera to maintain your set speed or automatically adjust acceleration and braking to keep a chosen following distance from vehicles ahead

Move upward and onward when starting on steep slopes. Even on bumpy slopes that vary on the right and left sides, this feature helps prevent rearward rolling so you can focus on controlling acceleration.

LDP detects lane markings and provides steering assistance if the Jimny begins to drift, helping  keep the vehicle centered in its lane.

At speeds of approximately 60 km/h or higher, the Jimny alerts you if you unintentionally drift from your lane by vibrating the steering wheel or issuing audio and visual warnings to encourage safer driving.

During long drives, the system monitors driving patterns and sounds a buzzer with a dashboard warning if abnormaldrifting within the lane is detected.
